Mr. Prepas joined the Law Offices of Todd P. Emanuel as an attorney in December 2009 after starting as a law clerk during law school. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University.

During law school, Mr. Prepas received the CALI or Witkin Award in four of his courses including Legal Research and Writing, Property, and Torts. He was also the recipient of the Emery Merit Scholarship and a member of the Honors Moot Court Team.

Mr. Prepas has obtained courtroom experience having worked as a Volunteer Attorney for the Marin County Public Defender as well as a Certified Law Clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office, and the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office. At the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Prepas was a finalist in the Law Clerk Trial Advocacy Competition.

He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association.

Before starting his career as an attorney, Mr. Prepas graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in History. He enjoys playing tennis and traveling overseas on volunteer medical missions with his parents.
