Deborah Walter-Rosas, office manager and certified paralegal, brings eighteen years experience as a California State Certified Spanish Interpreter to the Law Offices of Todd P. Emanuel. Deborah has extensive experience in the courtroom and most aspects of civil discovery. Prior to her career as a Spanish interpreter, Deborah worked twelve years as a bilingual Station Supervisor for Mexicana Airlines at both the San Francisco and San Jose International Airports.

Ms. Walter-Rosas has traveled extensively in Mexico, Europe, and South America, as well as many other parts of the world, providing an insight and exposure to a variety of cultures and languages. Deborah has considerable experience as a teacher. Deborah especially enjoys working with our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate the process of a civil claim from start to finish.

In her leisure time Deborah enjoys spending time with her husband and two college-age children, reading, hiking, participating in 5K runs, and time permitting, performing in community theatre.
