Firm Overview

If you or someone in your family has been injured by a drunk driver, a public transit bus, or a violent criminal in an unsafe parking lot, contact the Law Offices of Todd P. Emanuel for a free consultation.

We represent plaintiffs in just about any kind of personal injury case you can imagine - dog bites, motor vehicle collisions of every description, fatal auto accidents, and civil claims for damages on behalf of crime victims, including rape survivors.

San Mateo County civil trial attorney Todd Emanuel graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1993, and he has been trying cases to juries ever since. Before turning to personal injury litigation, he began his career as a deputy prosecutor in the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. Prior to law school, he graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.

Todd Emanuel's background in psychology gives him an advantage in developing and presenting evidence of certain components of a damages claim, such as the subtle symptoms of post-concussion brain damage in a closed head injury case, or the characteristics of post-traumatic stress disorder for wrongful death plaintiffs or the survivors of violent criminal assaults.

Meanwhile, his familiarity with law enforcement investigation techniques not only helps him achieve highly effective results in motor vehicle accident and drunk driving cases, it also helps assure a high level of cooperation with police and prosecutors in the civil litigation of violent crimes.

Initial consultations with the Law Offices of Todd P. Emanuel are always free, and we accept all personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis. We also advance the sometimes considerable expenses involved in investigating, developing, and presenting your claim. For additional information, contact us by phone in Redwood City or by e-mail.
